I'm one of the luckiest people to have been chosen for a program like this. At 41 looking back at where i was, an athelete in great shape to where i am now i realize i've become complacent and my health is now in jeopardy. Wanting to improve my health is not only a goal for myself but also my family. My biggest motivation is to be able to be a more participating parent in the lives of my 3 very active childeren. And this program is a great oppurtunity to get that part of my life going again. I know it took years to get into the condition at which i am now in but in just the last week i now realize i can do things i thought were long since a thing of my past like JOGGING. It may not be an easy road ahead but the benefits are huge. I know i can do this I want to be "Country's Biggest Loser my competitive side won't let me give up". GO HOGS!!!!
